UBIQUITY LAKE

Our Camp. Our Story. Our People.

About Our Camp

Ubiquity Lake is a fly-in fishing and black bear hunting camp in Northern Saskatchewan.

Our main lodge is fully modern with a rustic feel. It can sleep up to twelve guests though our ideal group size is 6-8 at a time. For a truly private experience, groups of six or more have the entire camp and private lakes all to themselves.

Our comfortable accommodations include all the amenities of home as well as Wi-Fi to keep you connected to the outside world.. if you wish! You can expect friendly service, homestyle meals and fantastic shore lunches. Return guests say that our personalized service and delicious homecooked meals set us apart from the rest!

With four main lakes to fish (Ubiquity, Carpenter, Esker and Mckie Lake) and a few bonus connector bodies, your days out on the water will be full of stories and memories. Depending on your adventure level you can portage or use channels to get from one lake to another.

There is no shortage of wildlife to watch and even more fish to catch. You can expect action-packed angling for Trophy Lake Trout, Northern Pike, Walleye and Arctic Grayling; known as

The Canadian Grand Slam!

For those also interested in archery or rifle hunting, we have a healthy population of trophy Black Bears in an area untouched by other hunters. With limited outside pressure and few hunts booked each year, we can consistently provide our guests with beautiful, mature bears.

We want to ensure that your stay with us is everything you imagined a Northern Saskatchewan adventure to be. Let us provide you with all the resources to make those wilderness dreams a reality and you will experience the abundance that Ubiquity Lake has to offer.

The Owners

Ubiquity Lake Outfitters is proudly family owned and operated!

Adam, Holly, Wylee and Terra Heier took ownership of the camp in 2022.

Although cousins, Adam and Wylee are more like brothers and together with their wives have decided to pack up all the kids to spend their summers in the trees and out on the water.

All our roles are interchangeable but for the most part, Holly and Terra will be the welcoming faces within the lodge, ensuring clients are comfortably settled in and fed with homecooked meals.

You will see Huck, Dane, Clyde and Alma running around the yard with their dads in the boat house, maintaining motors, filling baits, cleaning fish as well as helping their mommas inside. We’ve all worked really hard to build this life that holds so many adventures yet to even be determined and the simplicity that lifestyles like ours brings.

The need to be and live outdoors runs deep in all of us at Ubiquity and we can’t wait to share more of that with you. Building relationships with our clients, forming friendships and creating summers that we will all go on to remember forever is our top goal.

We hope we get a chance to meet you on our dock and welcome you into our home away from home!

Jereme Jones - MT, USA

"My only disappointment is how fast the week goes by knowing I will have to say goodbye to the area but mostly the people.

Holly, Terra, Wylee, Adam, Huck, Dane, Clyde and Alma are the greatest resource this outpost has and I will truly miss them until I return again.”
